This warm beverage is a good source of caffeine. As well as caffeine, tea contains a wide variety of compounds that may be good for everything from your teeth to your cardiovascular health.

It occurred to me this morning that I drink a hell of a lot of tea every day. I’ve heard that it might be bad for you and, therefore, me.

Just wanted to check and see if it was the health equivalent of Vitamin C or smoking recycled Uranium rods.
