And so ‘The Odyssey’ is finished.

Over two years, five translations, seven drafts, a shitload of paper, a couple dozen or so bottles of red wine, repeated playings of the soundtrack from ‘The English Patient’ . . . and it all adds up to one hundred and forty pages for ten performers with a helluva lot of masks.

There’s at least two more drafts before it gets to rehearsal, so watch this space…
